Over 30 days notice before first course date - Full refund

15 - 30 days notice before first course date- 50% refund

Less than 15 days notice before first course date- No refund but date transfers OK

Charitable Donations- Alpine Online Ltd will, at the end of each financial year pay their selected charities a % of next profits. If Alpine Account Management Ltd makes no net profit in a financial year, then Director Dave Knowles will make a personal donation of £100 to each selected charity. Alpine Online Ltd's financial year runs from 01st January to 31st December. Donations will be made once that year's accounts have been closed and submitted to HMRC.
